The WWE Superstar was in court with his fiancée — Elizabeth — as well as another female, who appeared to be his publicist. They filled out paperwork and were there for about a half hour, which saw the judge waive the waiting period. Cena waited in line like everyone else, but signed a few autographs in the meantime. He later thanked the staff for helping him.

Bastian Schweinsteiger

Bastian Schweinsteiger (born 1 August 1984 in Kolbermoor, West Germany) is a German footballer who plays as a midfielder for Bayern Munich and the German national team. A right-footed player, he is capable of playing out wide or in a more central role.Schweinsteiger has won many awards in his club and international careers, including five Bundesliga titles, five German Cups, and two League Cups.As of January 2011, he is the Bayern Munich vice-captain to long-time teammate Philipp Lahm.Bastian Schweinsteiger made his international debut in 2004 in a friendly against Hungary.Right after taking part in the U-21's disappointing run at the 2004 European Championships, he was called-up for UEFA Euro 2004. Bayern's number 31 earned rave reviews for his performances in Portugal, showing combative skills and even setting up the opening goal for former Bayern teammate Michael Ballack in Germany's 2–1 loss against the Czech Republic. He scored his first two international goals on 8 June 2005 against Russia and scored his first goal at a major tournament against Tunisia on 18 June 2005 at the Confederations Cup in Germany. He was called-up to the 2006 FIFA World Cup on home soil and shot into prominence at the tournament with his two brilliant long-range strikes in the third place match against Portugal, which won him the Man of the Match award. The match ended 3–1 with the 22-year-old nearly claiming a hat-trick but his deflected free kick was credited as an own-goal to Armando Petit.During Euro 2008 qualifiers, he scored two goals en route to a record 13–0 win over San Marino in San Marino. He scored the third goal in Germany's 4–1 win over Slovakia in Bratislava. At the age of 22, he had already played 41 matches for the German national team, a record for any German player at the time. This record was soon broken, however, by Lukas Podolski who was capped 44 times at the age of 22. At the same age, Lothar Matthäus (the German all-time record holder with 150 caps) had only played 13 times for the German national team. To this day Germany have never lost a game when he has scored.Schweinsteiger lost his place in the starting eleven when manager Joachim Löw moved striker Lukas Podolski to his usual position on the left wing to accommodate the strike partnership of Miroslav Klose and Mario Gómez, and he made two substitute appearances in the group stages. In the second match against Croatia, he was shown a straight red card for reacting to a challenge from Jerko Leko as Germany succumbed to a 2–1 shock defeat. After serving his suspension by missing the game against Austria, he returned to the starting lineup in the quarterfinal against Portugal, as Löw reverted back to the old 4–4–2 formation when Gómez was benched after failing to make an impression. Once again he was instrumental in Germany's 3–2 win, scoring one goal and setting up the other two. He also scored his country's first goal in the 3–2 semifinal victory against Turkey. He captained the team for the first time in a friendly against the United Arab Emirates.

Frederic Kanoute

Frédéric Oumar Kanouté (born 2 September 1977) is a French-born Malian footballer who currently plays for Sevilla FC in the Spanish La Liga, and is known for his pace, strength, and technique. On 2 February 2008, Kanouté was named the 2007 African Footballer of the Year and is the first foreign-born player to win it.Kanouté was sold to Sevilla on 17 August 2005 for €6.5 million. He was a second half substitute for the club in the 2006 UEFA Cup Final against Middlesbrough and scored in the 89th minute. Sevilla won 4–0.Kanouté's first games for Sevilla against Tottenham Hotspur led to his scoring a (somewhat controversial) penalty at the Estadio Ramón Sánchez Pizjuán in a game marred by crowd trouble, and an excellent goal at White Hart Lane, leaving the final aggregate score 4–3 to Sevilla. The 2006–07 season has proved his most productive and has earned him much praise for the prominent role he has played in leading Sevilla's surprising charge on three fronts. Challenging for the Copa del Rey 2006–07, where they played Getafe in the final, as well as the UEFA Cup and La Liga. The previous year's UEFA Cup had featured just a cameo appearance for him in a comfortable victory, although he grabbed a late goal. Nonetheless, he secured his first honour of the season on 16 May with Sevilla's victory over Espanyol on penalties, after a 2–2 draw after extra time. Kanouté had seemingly retained the title for Sevilla with his extra-time goal (his fourth of the tournament) to make it 2–1, but a late equalizer prompted penalties. Kanouté scored the first in a 3–1 penalty triumph.Sevilla's title challenge that year ultimately unravelled and Real Madrid took the title, with Kanouté's side in third.Since then, Kanouté has been a consistent—if not explosive—member of the club, helping Sevilla qualify for a UEFA Cup position in 2008 and a Champions League direct qualification in 2009.On the first day of the 2009–10 campaign, Kanouté got two yellow cards for bad fouls against Valencia and was sent off in first half stoppage time. While playing for Lyon, Kanouté joined the French under-21 team. After turning 21 in 1998, Kanouté was not called up for the French national squad in 2000, 2002, or 2004. In 2004, FIFA changed its rules to allow a footballer to play for the national team of the country in which his mother or father was born. Although eligible for either, Kanouté elected to play for Mali rather than for France. Kanouté was joint top goal scorer for Mali at the 2004 African Cup of Nations. Kanouté scored four goals in four matches helping Mali to the semi-finals, where they lost to Morocco. In October 2007, Kanouté, along with Mali international teammate Mamady Sidibe, were attacked by irate Togolese fans after they knocked Togo out of the African Cup of Nations qualifier.Frederic Kanoute announced his retirement from international football following Mali's elimination from the 2010 Africa Cup of Nations.
